- 👉 If you recognize any mistakes in your paystub after placing the order, you must contact us within 48 hours, we will change the stub and resend it to you via email only, and not via mail.
- 👉 If you are not satisfied with our services, then you may claim your refund within 48 hours by mentioning a valid reason.
- 👉 If our support team finds it to be a valid reason, then your money will be refunded by crediting it in your PayPal account.
- 👉 Reasons like: “I no more need the paystub”, “I didn’t like the color of the stub”, “There are mistakes in calculations”, will be considered as invalid and no refund claim will be entertained for such cases.
- 👉 The fate of your refund claim will be solely decided by our support team.
- 👉 We recommend you to properly check the preview before you order the paystub.
- 👉 Any allowable corrections in the stub will be made by our support team within 48 hours.
- 👉 Details like employee’s/employer’s name or pay period are not allowed to be changed completely, however, if we recognize any minor spelling mistakes, we will surely correct them.
- 👉 You are not allowed to change the template after buying the paystub. So, try as many templates as you want during the preview and choose the best template to proceed.
